Hiring for Travel Consultant to Work in Austria!!!
Responsibilities:

• Help customers book tickets for national and international rail journeys.

• Provide friendly advice, upsell and cross-sell travel products.

• Handle customer requests and forward them to the right department if needed.

• Keep travel center updated with offers and promotional materials.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training or secondary school diploma

• 2+ years of working experience as a Travel Consultant

• German language skills (minimum B2 level) and conversational English.

• Confident computer skills.

• Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude.

• Calm under pressure, punctual, and flexible for shift work (including weekends & holidays).

• Driving license (B category) is an advantage.
