Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and curriculum-aligned Marathi language instruction for Classes 6 to 8 in accordance with the Maharashtra State Board syllabus.

• Develop and implement lesson plans that incorporate active learning strategies, cultural context, and differentiated instruction to meet diverse learning needs.

• Assess student progress through regular quizzes, assignments, projects, and examinations; provide timely feedback to support academic growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marathi (B.A. in Marathi) or equivalent, with a postgraduate qualification (M.A. in Marathi) preferred.

• B.Ed. or equivalent teacher training certification from a recognized institution.

• 2-5 years of proven teaching experience in a school setting, preferably in a government or private educational institution in Maharashtra.

• Strong command of spoken and written Marathi, including grammar, literature, and regional dialects.

• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective lesson plans and assessments.

• Proficiency in using digital tools and learning management systems for instruction and record-keeping.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.

• Commitment to inclusive education, continuous professional development, and student well-being.

• Willingness to work across multiple branches within Maharashtra as per organizational needs.

Candidates must give 2 years of agreement with the school and need to provide offer letter/Acknowledgement letter of the current school while joining time.
