Responsibilities:

• Deliver interactive and structured Hindi instruction aligned with CBSE or Maharashtra State Board curriculum for Classes 6-8.

• Design and implement effective lesson plans, assignments, and assessments to build language proficiency and literary understanding.

• Evaluate student performance through tests, projects, and class participation; provide timely, constructive feedback.

• Use technology and modern teaching methods to boost engagement and improve learning outcomes.

• Lead or support cultural initiatives such as poetry recitations, essay contests, and language workshops.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hindi (B.A. Hindi) with a minimum of 55% marks; B.Ed. in Hindi or Education is required.

• Excellent command of spoken and written Hindi, including grammar, vocabulary, and literary concepts.

• 2-5 years of teaching experience in a recognized school, preferably at the secondary level (Classes 6-8).

• Proven ability to design dynamic lesson plans and adapt teaching methods for diverse learning needs.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with students, parents, and colleagues.

• Commitment to professional development and alignment with institutional values and quality standards.

Candidates should accept the agreement for 2 years with school.
Salary slip and Acknowledgement letter/offer letter of current school should be submitted during your joining time.
