Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons in English language and literature for Classes 6 to 10.

• Design and implement diverse teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.

• Assess student performance through regular tests, assignments, projects, and formative assessments; provide timely and constructive feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English (BA English) with a minimum of 55% marks.

• B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) qualification from a recognized university.

• 2-5 years of proven teaching experience in a secondary school setting (Classes 6-10).

• Strong command of spoken and written English, including grammar, vocabulary, and literary analysis.

• Demonstrated ability to design lesson plans, conduct assessments, and use digital tools for teaching and learning.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.

• Passion for teaching, student development, and continuous professional growth.

• Willingness to work across multiple branches in Maharashtra, with flexibility in location and schedule.
