Job Description

• Preparing comprehensive lesson plans on English grammar, literature, writing, and reading

• Delivering engaging, coherent lectures to students on English language and literature

• Testing students' proficiency in English through exercises, assignments and exams

• Providing feedback on students' progress and areas of improvement

• Encouraging active participation and monitoring individual student performance

• Helping students improve their listening, speaking, reading and writing skills via individual and group sessions

• Identifying varying teaching methods that work best for students who learn differently

• Developing and organizing teaching materials

• Meeting with parents or guardians to discuss their child's progress

• Participating in education conferences and workshops

• Adapting curriculum to fit student needs while maintaining overall class progress
