Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality chemistry lessons to senior secondary students

• Prepare and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum guidelines and standards

• Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students

• Create and maintain a stimulating classroom environment

• Guide and mentor students in their academic and personal development

• Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the educational experience

• Maintain open communication with parents regarding student progress

• Participate in school events, workshops, and continued professional development

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Chemistry or a related field

• B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification

• At least 2 years of teaching experience as a PGT Chemistry Teacher

• Strong knowledge of chemistry curriculum standards

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven ability to motivate and inspire students

• Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development
