Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise a team of 10 call center executives.
Drive sales targets and monitor daily performance.
Ensure smooth functioning of inbound and outbound call operations.
Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to the team.
Maintain and update customer records using the
CRM system
.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Coordinate with management for process improvement and strategy implementation.
Requirements:
4-5 years of experience in a
domestic call center
, preferably in
sales
.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Hands-on experience with
CRM tools
and data management.
Ability to handle team operations efficiently.
Immediate joiner preferred.
