RAGC is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Tele-Callers on a contractual basis tosupport our admissions team. If you have good communication skills and enjoy interacting with students, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students from the given database.
Explain available courses, eligibility, and career opportunities.
Schedule campus visits and follow up with students regularly.
Maintain accurate call records and update inquiry details in CRM/Excel.
Assist the counselling team with lead generation and conversions.
Achieve daily and weekly calling & appointment targets.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely follow-ups.
Requirements
Minimum Qualification: HSC / Graduate preferred.
Prior experience in tele-calling, customer service, or BPO (education sector experience is an advantage).
Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi.
Confident, polite, and target-oriented.
Basic knowledge of computers (Excel, email, CRM).
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
