We have an immediate requirement for the position of a Tele caller.
Only female candidates are eligible.

Marketing Phone Calls and Follow Up:

Personally, making phone calls to prospective clients and existing clients. Follow up on database generated by online leads, and website inquiries.

What the Role Involves:

Lead Generation:

Making outbound calls to businesses and potential clients.

Service Promotion:

Introducing the company's digital marketing and website design services to clients.

Client Interaction:

Understanding client needs and scheduling meetings with the marketing or sales team.

Database Management:

Accurately updating customer information in the database.

Sales Targets:

Working to meet the sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the company.

Skills and Qualifications:

Communication:

Excellent verbal communication skills are essential for persuading clients over the phone.

Digital Marketing Knowledge:

Basic understanding of digital marketing services is often required.

Computer Skills:

Proficiency in basic MS Word and MS Excel is helpful.

Experience:

While some roles are open to freshers, many require some experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or digital marketing.

Qualification: Graduates with good communication,

Languages: Tamil/ English / Hindi

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,500.00 per month
