The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience as a Tech Lead, deep proficiency in Java and UI/UX principles, and a proven track record in managing agile teams using Jira, Scrum, Kanban, and Confluence. With a background in GIS integration within project management, you will ensure seamless delivery of high-quality solutions on time and within scope. Certification in PMP is highly preferred, reflecting your commitment to excellence in project leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end technical project lifecycle, from planning to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives

• Serve as the primary technical liaison between cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients

• Oversee development teams using Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies, facilitating sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

• Manage project timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables using Jira and Confluence for transparency and accountability

• Ensure high standards in software quality, UI/UX design, and system performance, leveraging strong Java expertise

• Integrate GIS capabilities into project workflows to support data-driven decision-making and spatial analysis

• Mentor and guide technical teams, fostering innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing

Requirements
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or PMP certification is a strong advantage

• 10-15 years of total professional experience, with at least 5 years in a technical leadership or project management role

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead with hands-on expertise in Java and modern web technologies

• Demonstrated proficiency in UI/UX principles and user-centered design practices

• In-depth knowledge of Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and sprint management

• Advanced experience with Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools

• Experience integrating GIS into project planning, execution, or delivery processes

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards
