Summary:
The Technical Project Manager plays a critical role in leading complex, cross-functional technology initiatives from conception to delivery. This position requires a strategic mindset combined with hands-on project management expertise to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will leverage their deep understanding of Agile methodologies and project lifecycle management to drive execution excellence, manage stakeholder expectations, and navigate the legal and commercial dimensions of large-scale programs. With a focus on collaboration, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement, this role is essential to maintaining operational efficiency and delivering value across the organization.
Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai
Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines

• Apply Agile Scrum principles to manage project workflows, sprints, and stakeholder collaboration

• Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to address contractual, regulatory, and commercial requirements

• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and risk management strategies

• Facilitate cross-functional communication across engineering, product, legal, and business units

• Monitor project performance using KPIs and deliver regular status updates to senior stakeholders

• Ensure adherence to PMP and CSM best practices throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements
Requirements:

• 10-15 years of progressive experience in project or program management within technology environments

• Mandatory PMP and CSM (Agile Scrum) certifications

• Proven experience managing the legal and commercial aspects of large-scale, complex programs

• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid project management frameworks

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, dynamic environments

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Confluence) and reporting dashboards
