US sales experts only

with proven experience in closing and revenue generation.

Satellite Radio Subscription (Inbound Calls)

Shift:

US Shift (Night Shift - India)

:

Handle

inbound calls from US customers

for Satellite Radio services. Assist customers with: Subscription management Plan upgrades or downgrades Monthly billing queries Subscription cancellation requests

Primary responsibility:

Retain customers and

generate revenue

by selling

long-term subscription plans

. Convert cancellation calls into successful saves and upgrades. Use strong

sales and negotiation skills

to close deals while providing excellent technical support. Maintain high customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.
? Mandatory Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience

in

US Sales Voice Process

(Strictly required). Proven experience as a

Closer / Revenue Generator

. Excellent spoken

English with US accent clarity

. Strong knowledge of

US customers, sales psychology, and objection handling

. Comfortable working in

night shifts

. Candidates with

Tech Support background

will be

highly preferred

.
