We are hiring a Supervisor responsible solely for onboarding Rapido Captains who will operate company-owned EVs on a rental basis. The role is completely focused on recruitment, documentation, onboarding, and coordination with captains to ensure steady utilization of EVs.
This is a target-driven, field-oriented role requiring strong communication and follow-up skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesCaptain Hiring & Onboarding
Identify, approach, and recruit Rapido Captains for operating company-owned EVs
Explain the EV rental model, daily/weekly rent, terms, and usage conditions clearly
Assist captains with Rapido onboarding and ensure profile activation
Documentation & Verification
Collect and verify required documents
Coordinate vehicle allotment after successful verification
Maintain accurate records of onboarded captains and EV assignments
Act as the single point of contact for captains during onboarding
Target & Reporting
Achieve daily and monthly captain hiring targets
Share daily hiring and activation reports with the management team
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 12th pass
1-2 years experience in rider hiring, field recruitment, or gig workforce onboarding
Experience with Rapido, Uber, Ola, or delivery partner hiring is a strong advantage
Good communication skills in local language and basic English
Comfortable with fieldwork and daily follow-ups
Smartphone savvy (apps, WhatsApp, Google Forms)
