Job Title: Studio Artwork Designer (Pre-press, Mid-Senior Level)
Location: Delhi, India
Experience: 5-9+ years in Prepress, Print, or Packaging Artwork

We are looking for a Mid-Senior Level Studio Artwork Designer with strong prepress expertise to join our creative team and contribute to design excellence across packaging and production projects.
Key Responsibilities
Artwork Creation & Prepress: Develop print-ready packaging artworks with exceptional accuracy and adherence to brand and technical guidelines.
Mock-Ups & KLDs: Create editable Photoshop mock-ups and generate Key Line Drawings (KLDs) for packaging, design adaptations, and production rollout, (optional)
Quality Control: Review, refine, and ensure artwork precision, consistency, and technical viability before production release.
Collaboration: Work closely with designers, brand teams, and production vendors to deliver error-free, production-ready files.
Process Leadership: Contribute to workflow improvements, artwork standards, and best practices within the studio.
Mentorship: Guide and support junior team members on artwork execution and technical processes.
Problem Solving: Resolve technical artwork challenges related to color, trapping, dielines, etc., and proactively suggest improvements.
Requirements
5-9+ years of experience in prepress/artwork production, ideally in a branding or packaging agency environment.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign; knowledge of 3D visualization tools is an optional.
Strong understanding of print production processes (offset, flexo, gravure, digital) and color management.
Excellent grasp of typography, layout, and composition.
Skilled in Photoshop retouching and adaptation.
In-depth knowledge of packaging structures and dielines (KLDs).
Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
High level of attention to detail and consistency.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
Experience with 3D mock-up generation and exposure to global FMCG packaging projects preferred.
