We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Closing Manager to join our growing real estate mandate firm. The role involves managing the end-to-end sales closing process, delivering a seamless customer experience, and ensuring timely completion of bookings while upholding the company's standards of service and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities - Closing Manager
Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners within the assigned sales vertical.
Provide accurate technical knowledge related to products, pricing structures, area calculations, and construction-related aspects.
Engage with and convert customer walk-ins by delivering an exceptional on-site experience.
Drive sales performance by achieving targeted conversion ratios through effective customer interactions and follow-ups.
Implement a structured follow-up system to ensure timely closures and minimize drop-offs.
Oversee the complete booking process, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely collection of booking amounts without pendencies.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers and post-booking support for enhanced customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG in Marketing or Real Estate preferred).
1-3 years of proven experience in real estate sales or customer-facing roles.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in sales documentation, MS Office, and CRM platforms.
Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities - Sourcing Manager
Responsible for generating and qualifying leads for mandate real estate projects through direct sourcing, channel partners, referrals, and walk-ins.
The role involves initial client interaction, coordinating site visits, maintaining CRM data, and achieving monthly sourcing targets while supporting the closing team.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
