We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Sourcing Coordinator
to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions. The role involves collaborating with internal hiring teams, managing external recruitment partners, and onboarding new vendors to meet business hiring goals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Internal Hiring
Manage full-cycle IT recruitment -- sourcing, screening, scheduling, evaluation, and offer coordination.
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and sourcing strategies.
Maintain a qualified talent pipeline for current and future technical needs.
Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback and closure.
Track hiring metrics including time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratio, and source effectiveness.
External Partner Management (Consultancies)
Collaborate with recruitment partners to share mandates and review candidate submissions.
Follow up on shared profiles and interview progress.
Ensure vendor compliance with company standards and timelines.
Evaluate vendor performance and recommend improvements.
Vendor Onboarding & Management
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new recruitment vendors.
Facilitate vendor due diligence and contract processes.
Maintain vendor records and performance dashboards.
Build long-term partnerships to strengthen sourcing channels.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of experience in IT recruitment or technical sourcing.
Strong understanding of IT roles (Development, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data, etc.).
Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed).
Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in vendor or consultancy management.
Familiarity with recruitment analytics and reporting.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
