Project Sales Engineer

- Solar, CCTV & Electrical Automation

Responsibilities:

Generate leads and convert into project sales for Solar, CCTV, and Automation systems. Understand client requirements, propose customized solutions, and prepare proposals. Coordinate with technical teams for design, costing, and execution. Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering. 1-3 years of experience in project sales (preferably Solar/CCTV/Automation). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

2.

Project Engineer

- Solar, CCTV & Electrical Automation

Responsibilities:

Execute solar, CCTV, and automation projects from planning to commissioning. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and technicians. Ensure quality installation and adherence to timelines. Provide technical support and troubleshooting.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering. 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Solar / CCTV / Electrical works. Strong problem-solving ability and project execution skills.

3.

Project Manager

- Solar, CCTV & Electrical Automation

Responsibilities:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously (Solar Rooftop, CCTV, Automation). Lead engineering teams and allocate resources effectively. Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timelines. Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities. Prepare reports and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering. 5+ years of proven experience in project management. PMP / Project Management certification (preferred). Strong leadership, planning, and team-handling skills.
