Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Executive who can not only manage social media platforms but also design eye-catching creatives and edit engaging reels. The ideal candidate should be a trend-savvy storyteller who can bring brand campaigns to life through content, visuals, and video.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute engaging social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) Create high-quality graphics using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc. Edit and produce short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, Stories) using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or InShot Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize monthly content calendars Monitor social trends and algorithm changes to improve organic reach and engagement Write creative captions, hashtags, and post descriptions aligned with brand voice Analyze and report on content performance, growth metrics, and engagement rates Manage community interactions: comments, DMs, and mentions Maintain brand consistency in tone, style, and visuals

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive, Content Creator, or similar role Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software/tools Strong understanding of social media platforms and content best practices Creative thinker with strong visual storytelling abilities Ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines Knowledge of SEO and paid social campaigns is a plus

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

Photography/videography skills Animation/motion graphics Influencer outreach or collaboration experience
