We are looking for a Social Media & E-commerce Executive to manage our brand's online presence and e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging social media content, handling online campaigns, and managing e-commerce product listings to boost sales and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow company presence across

social media platforms

(Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos). Run paid promotions/ads on social media platforms. Manage

e-commerce platforms

(Amazon, company website, etc.). Upload, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images). Handle customer queries, reviews, and feedback on e-commerce portals. Analyze social media and e-commerce performance reports and suggest improvements. Work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns and promotions.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 1-4 years of experience in Social Media / E-commerce Management (Freshers with knowledge can apply). Good understanding of

social media trends, content creation, and e-commerce portals

. Basic knowledge of

SEO & digital marketing tools

preferred. Strong communication and creative thinking skills.Qualification: Any Degree & Certification in Digital Marketing.
Location: Nungambakkam Chennai

Timings: 10.00 am to 6.30 pm

Salary: 15k to 20k
