Role Overview

We are seeking an

experienced Skin Trainer

to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in cosmetology/skin treatments and proven

experience as a trainer

. This role involves mentoring students, conducting theory and practical sessions, and ensuring they are prepared to meet industry standards.

Note: Applicants without prior training experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct engaging

theory and practical sessions

in skin therapies and cosmetology as per the Lakme Academy curriculum Mentor and guide students, addressing queries and building professional confidence Conduct internal assessments and prepare students for final certifications Ensure high standards of hygiene, professionalism, and effective classroom management Stay updated with current beauty industry practices and integrate them into training

Requirements

Mandatory:

Prior experience as a

trainer/educator

in the beauty/skin domain Diploma/Certification in Cosmetology / Skin Treatments (required) Minimum

1+ year of training experience

in Skin/Cosmetology Strong communication, teaching, and mentoring skills Passionate about

education and grooming future professionals
