Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain

custom ServiceNow applications

aligned with Store certification standards Implement

Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and GlideRecord logic

Build and integrate

REST/SOAP APIs

with external systems Collaborate with product, QA, and customer stakeholders to deliver certified solutions Ensure applications meet

ServiceNow Store compliance and quality benchmarks

Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation Provide technical support during certification and post-release phases
Mandatory Skills

4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience

Strong scripting skills using

JavaScript

Expertise in: GlideRecord Business Rules Client Scripts Script Includes Experience with

REST & SOAP integrations

Excellent

English communication skills

(global customer interaction) Prior

customer-facing / consulting experience

Good to Have

Experience building or certifying

ServiceNow Store applications

Familiarity with ServiceNow best practices and security guidelines Exposure to Agile delivery environments Experience working with

US / UK / international clients
