Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned, results-oriented Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing department and drive our brand to its next phase of growth. With over a decade of experience, you will be responsible for designing high-level strategies that align with our business objectives, managing high budget, and mentoring a high-performing team. You are a data-driven visionary who can balance creative brand storytelling with rigorous ROI analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
? Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute an integrated annual marketing plan that drives brand awareness, customer acquisition, and market share.
? Revenue & Growth: Take full ownership of the marketing funnel. Partner with Sales and Product teams to optimize lead generation, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value (LTV).
? Brand Stewardship: Oversee brand positioning and messaging across all touchpoints to ensure a consistent and premium brand voice.
? Team Management: Lead, mentor, and scale a diverse team of marketing professionals (Content, Digital, PR, and Design). Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
? Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize advanced analytics (Google Analytics, CRM data, BI tools) to track campaign performance, extract actionable insights, and pivot strategies in real-time.
? Budget Oversight: Manage and optimize the annual marketing budget, ensuring the highest possible ROI across paid, earned, and owned channels.
? Stakeholder Management: Present marketing performance and strategic roadmaps to the executive leadership team and board members. Required Qualifications & Skills

Required Qualifications & Skills:
? Experience: Minimum of 10 years in marketing, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership or people-management role.
? Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
? Strategic Depth: Proven track record of successfully launching new products or scaling brands in a competitive landscape.
? Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in MarTech stacks (HubSpot/Marketo, Salesforce), SEO/SEM, performance marketing, and automated customer journeys.
? Financial Acumen: Strong experience in P&L management, forecasting, and resource allocation.
? Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, public speaking, and negotiation skills. Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders at all levels. Preferred Attributes
