Responsibilities
1?? Digital & Performance Marketing

  • Develop and execute high-ROI paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Manage full-funnel performance campaigns focused on lead generation, CPL, CPA optimization, remarketing, and lookalike audience targeting.
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine creatives, copy, and targeting for improved conversion rates.
  • Lead SEO/SEM initiatives, including keyword research, content optimization, and web traffic analysis.
  • Design and optimize landing pages aligned with campaign KPIs and user journey goals.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM dashboards, and other analytics tools.
2?? Social Media Marketing
  • Build and maintain a strong brand presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop and implement strategic social media campaigns--from ideation and content planning to execution and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with design and copy teams to produce engaging content, including posts, stories, reels, and videos.
  • Foster community engagement and manage business page inquiries with consistent brand voice and tone.
  • Track key metrics such as engagement, reach, follower growth, and lead conversions to refine strategy.
3?? Offline & Event Marketing
  • Plan and execute branding events, workshops, and BTL (below-the-line) marketing activities.
  • Partner with vendors for event branding, collateral design, and promotional material production.
  • Support the sales team by preparing and distributing marketing assets such as brochures, standees, flyers, and display materials.

Requirements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably within the service, staffing, or skill development industry.
  • Proven expertise in:
  • Performance Marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn)
  • Social Media Management & Strategy
  • SEO/SEM and Analytics Tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite)
  • Content Planning, Coordination, and Campaign Execution
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong balance of creativity and analytical thinking.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns under tight deadlines with precision and impact.
