Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day school administrative operations
Handle student admissions, registrations, withdrawals, and records
Coordinate with teachers, support staff, and management
Maintain attendance, timetables, files, and official documentation
Communicate with parents regarding school policies, notices, and events
Support academic and non-academic activities and school events
Ensure compliance with school policies, CBSE/ICSE/IB norms, and regulations
Oversee housekeeping, transport, security, and vendor coordination
Prepare reports, MIS, and assist the Principal with administrative planning
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Education/Administration preferred)
Minimum 4 years of experience in school administration
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of school ERP systems is an advantage
Ability to handle parents, staff, and students professionally
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
