Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced

Scala Developer

who is well-versed in functional programming, microservices architecture, and cloud-native applications. You'll work on high-performance systems using Akka or Lagom frameworks and build scalable solutions with messaging, search, and analytics integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop scalable microservices using Scala (Akka). Build and deploy containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes. Integrate messaging workflows using Apache Pulsar. Implement data access layers using Slick with PostgreSQL. Enhance search and analytics via Elasticsearch. Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD (GitLab CI/CD, Kubernetes). Participate in agile development, including sprint planning, code reviews, and demos. Troubleshoot and resolve scalability, performance, and reliability issues.
