Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Salesforce OMS Developer

to design, develop, and optimize

Salesforce Order Management System (OMS)

solutions that support end-to-end order processing, fulfillment, and post-order operations. The role requires strong OMS expertise along with working knowledge of

Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) backend integrations

.

You will collaborate closely with

commerce, integration, and business teams

to ensure seamless order orchestration and an improved customer experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesSalesforce OMS Development

Design, develop, and implement

Salesforce OMS solutions

to manage the complete order lifecycle. Configure and customize

order workflows, fulfillment logic, payment processing, and returns management

. Work on

order orchestration, inventory availability, sourcing, shipping, and returns

. Implement and customize

Salesforce OMS APIs

, data models, and business logic.
Integrations & APIs

Integrate Salesforce OMS with

Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)

and other upstream/downstream systems. Develop and manage

REST/SOAP APIs

, batch jobs, and middleware-based integrations. Collaborate with architects and integration teams to ensure

reliable data flow

across systems such as ERP, WMS, and 3PL providers.
Performance & Support

Debug and resolve

OMS-related issues

, including order discrepancies and performance bottlenecks. Optimize OMS processes to improve

order accuracy, fulfillment speed, and customer satisfaction

. Support production issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Delivery & Governance

Follow

Salesforce development best practices

and deployment standards. Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge sharing. Work in

Agile/Scrum environments

and actively participate in sprint ceremonies. Required Skills & QualificationsCore Skills

6+ years

of overall Salesforce development experience.
Additional Skills

Experience integrating OMS with

ERP, WMS, and logistics systems

(preferred). Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Certifications

Salesforce OMS certification

- preferred but not mandatory. Strong hands-on experience with

Salesforce Order Management System (OMS)

. In-depth understanding of

order lifecycle management

, fulfillment, payments, and returns. Experience with

Salesforce OMS APIs

and customizations. Working knowledge of

Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) backend

, especially OMS integrations. Strong hands-on skills in:

Apex

Lightning Components (LWC/Aura)

SOQL

REST / SOAP APIs
