Hiring: Sales Manager / Sales Executive - Channel Sales (Solar Industry)

About the Role:
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Managers to lead our Channel Sales & Business Development for solar products. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of solar systems and proven experience in building and managing a dealer-distributor network to drive B2B growth in the assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and expand the dealer/distributor network for solar products.Identify and convert new business opportunities in the B2B segment.Manage channel partner relationships to achieve regional sales targets.Conduct regular market research to identify emerging trends and competitors.
Support channel partners with product knowledge, marketing materials, and after-sales support.Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in channel sales (preferably solar or electrical products).
Strong knowledge of solar products (On-grid/Off-grid systems, inverters, panels, ESS, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Willingness to travel across assigned regions.
