Roles and Responsibilities Handling Sales and Marketing Team
JOB DESCRIPTION ? Generating effective leads.
? Conducting meeting to change prospective leads into buyer.
? Proven experience in luxury sales, preferably in luxury real
estate.
? In-depth understanding of the luxury real estate market and
its unique buyer expectations.
? Handling customer queries for better customer satisfaction
and closing the deals.
? Identifying prospective clients, generating business from the
existing clients to achieve business targets.
? Interacting with the clients and channel partners on a regular
basis, providing redress to all their queries,
? Complaints and maintaining good client relation.
Specification Candidate should have Good communication and Negations skills
Experience in Real estate Developers
CTC As per company standard.
