Reporting To: Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities o Support the implementation of regional sales strategies to drive business growth in Chennai and surrounding regions. o Identify and pursue new business opportunities in freight forwarding, warehousing, and logistics solutions. o Build strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. o Assist in meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets. o Coordinate with internal teams to develop customer-specific solutions. o Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business planning. o Attend industry events, client meetings, and networking sessions to promote the company's offerings. o Provide timely updates and reports to the sales leadership team.
Key Requirements o 5-7 years of sales/business development experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or 3PL industry. o Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage customer relationships effectively. o Strong understanding of the logistics landscape in South India. o Excellent verbal and written communication skills. o Team player with a proactive attitude and attention to detail. o Graduate degree is required; MBA is preferred. o Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM systems.

Pay: Up to ?70,000.00 per month
