Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Handle business-to-business (B2B) sales for telecommunications products and services.

Perform outbound calls to new and existing customers.

Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and recommending suitable solutions.

Use a solution-based selling approach to overcome objections.

Navigate multiple systems and tools while interacting with customers.

Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely completion.

Participate in continuous training sessions and share best practices.

Required Candidate Profile

:

Qualification: UG, Graduate, Post Graduate (all can apply).

Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales/B2B Sales/Outbound Sales (B2C).

Excellent communication skills in English.

Comfortable working in night shifts and rotational weekly offs.
