About the Role

We are looking for passionate professionals from the

rubber manufacturing industry

who have hands-on knowledge of the complete rubber factory process. This is a unique opportunity for production professionals who are open to transitioning into

Sales

. The company will provide

comprehensive training

on the sales process.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the willingness to travel extensively across India, and a genuine interest in building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage sales of release agents and specialty products in the rubber industry. Conduct shop-floor physical trials and demonstrate product applications to customers. Build strong relationships with shop-floor workers, technical teams, and decision-makers at customer sites. Map the market to identify new opportunities across rubber manufacturing sectors. Promote products such as

synthetic rubber, rubber chemicals, and specialty additives

. Provide technical guidance to customers on product benefits and usage. Travel across India to meet clients, conduct demos, and support sales initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

Hands-on production experience in the

rubber manufacturing industry

(tyre, footwear, auto components, release agents, etc.). Strong knowledge of

end-to-end rubber factory processes

. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Openness to transition from

Production to Sales

(company will provide training). Ability to travel extensively across India.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

Diploma/Degree in Rubber Technology preferred (or any relevant field).

Experience:

2-8 years in production (rubber manufacturing). Sales experience is

not mandatory

Age:

25-35 years (preferred).
