We are seeking a qualified Safety Trainer / Security Trainer to design and deliver safety and security training programs for real estate properties. The role focuses on protecting residents, tenants, staff, visitors, and assets by ensuring compliance with safety regulations and effective security practices across residential and commercial developments.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and conduct safety and security training for property staff, facility teams, and security guards

Train personnel on fire safety, emergency evacuation, first aid, and incident response

Provide security awareness training including access control, patrol procedures, and threat prevention

Conduct risk assessments and safety audits across real estate sites

Ensure compliance with local safety, fire, and building regulations

Organize emergency drills (fire, evacuation, lockdown, medical)

Investigate incidents and provide corrective action training

Maintain training records, certifications, and compliance reports

Coordinate with property managers, contractors, and local authorities

Required Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Safety Management, Security Management, or related field

Certified Safety Trainer, Fire Safety Officer, OSHA/NEBOSH, or Security Training certification (preferred)

Experience in real estate, facilities management, construction, or property security

Knowledge of building safety systems (fire alarms, CCTV, access control)

Understanding of local safety and security laws and regulations

Skills & Competencies

Leadership and crisis management skills

Attention to detail and strong documentation practices

Ability to conduct practical drills and on-site training

Work Environment

Residential buildings, commercial properties, malls, and offices

Combination of office work and on-site inspections

May require flexible hours for drills and emergency training
