Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Pharma Technical Trainer to join our team. The Pharma Technical Trainer will be responsible for conducting training programs for retail pharmacists to enhance their technical knowledge and skills. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in pharmacy, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to deliver engaging and informative presentations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs for retail pharmacists to enhance their technical knowledge and skills.
- Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and handouts, that effectively convey complex pharmaceutical information in a clear and concise manner.
- Conduct training sessions in a classroom or workshop setting, utilizing interactive methods to engage participants and promote learning.
- Cover topics such as drug information, pharmacy regulations, medication dispensing and counseling, drug interactions, and pharmaceutical calculations.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in pharmacy practice, medication therapies, and regulatory requirements to ensure the training content is current and relevant.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, pharmacists, and other stakeholders to gather information and insights for training program development.
- Assess training needs through surveys, evaluations, and feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop tailored training solutions.
- Monitor participants\' progress and provide constructive feedback to facilitate skill development and knowledge retention.
- Maintain accurate training records, including attendance, evaluations, and participant feedback.
- Continuously improve training programs by incorporating feedback, evaluating effectiveness, and implementing necessary updates.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in pharmacy practice to ensure training content remains up-to-date and aligned with industry standards.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharma or M.Pharma).
- Previous experience as a Technical Trainer in the pharmaceutical industry or as a retail pharmacist is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of pharmacy practices, drug information, regulations, and patient counseling.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to deliver presentations effectively.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to engage and captivate an audience.
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with participants and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and presentation software.
- Ability to adapt training content and delivery to different learning styles and participant backgrounds.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and training methodologies.

Responsible for Nadiad, Anand, Vdodara, Surat, Bharuch, Ankleshwar, Vapi location

Experience: 2 to 6 yrs of experience in Training, academic experience or MR experience also considerable

Excellent communication and training skill is required

Salary: up to 6 LPA (No bar for right candidate)
