Job Description

Business Development & Lead Generation



Identify and prospect potential customers for residential, commercial, and plotting projects. Research target markets, customer segments, and project catchment areas. Generate leads through site visits, channel partners, brokers, digital platforms, referrals, and direct sales activities. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve booking and revenue targets.

Sales Strategy & Closure



Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with project launches, inventory movement, and pricing plans. Conduct project presentations, site visits, and negotiations with customers. Explain project details including layouts, pricing, payment plans, approvals, and possession timelines. Handle customer objections and ensure timely closure of bookings.

Customer Relationship Management



Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, investors, channel partners, and brokers. Ensure smooth customer onboarding, documentation, and coordination until agreement execution. Provide post-sales support including coordination with CRM, legal, and finance teams. Identify opportunities for repeat business, referrals, upselling, and cross-selling.

Team & Channel Partner Management



Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of the sales team and channel partners. Set targets, track performance, and provide regular coaching and motivation. Conduct sales meetings, training sessions, and site briefings for sales staff and brokers.

Market Intelligence & Reporting



Monitor real estate market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and customer preferences. Provide market feedback to management for product positioning, pricing, and marketing strategies. Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales MIS, booking reports, and forecasts.

Compliance & Coordination



Ensure compliance with RERA guidelines, company policies, and approved sales processes. Coordinate with marketing for campaigns, site branding, and lead generation activities. Work closely with construction, finance, CRM, and legal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
