Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled

Python AI Senior Engineer

with deep expertise in architecting, developing, and deploying AI-driven systems. This role requires hands-on experience in

Large Language Models (LLMs), multi-agent systems, scalable backend design, and full SDLC ownership

.

You will be responsible for designing advanced AI/ML solutions, building distributed backend components, integrating multi-agent workflows, and delivering production-grade enterprise AI products.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Multi-Agent Systems

Architect, design, and implement

AI/ML solutions

, multi-agent workflows, and intelligent automation pipelines. Build and optimise LLM-based applications including

prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, embeddings, model tuning, and agent frameworks

.

Software Development & SDLC Ownership

Own the complete SDLC --

design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and optimisation

. Develop robust backend services and

microservices

using Python, FastAPI/Flask, async programming, and distributed architecture principles. Implement high-performance APIs and event-driven systems.

System Integration

Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise systems such as

Jira, GitHub, Confluence, and other MCP-supported applications

. Work with AWS cloud services; deploy and maintain AI services for scalable performance.

Data & Infrastructure

Design vector search pipelines using

vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS, etc.)

. Use embeddings, model fine-tuning, and retrieval optimisation techniques. Build secure, reliable backend systems aligned with enterprise standards.

Collaboration & Delivery

Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional engineering teams. Contribute to technical design reviews, architecture planning, and AI roadmap development. Communicate complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Technical Skills

Strong hands-on expertise in

Python development

, including: API development FastAPI / Flask Async programming Microservices Distributed systems Deep working knowledge of

LLMs and AI frameworks

, including: OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock LangChain, AutoGen, LlamaIndex Multi-agent orchestration frameworks Experience with: Vector databases (Pinecone/Weaviate/FAISS/Chroma) Embeddings and fine-tuning workflows RAG systems and context orchestration Good understanding of

AWS services

(Lambda, S3, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, DynamoDB, EC2).

Professional Skills

Strong analytical & architectural abilities. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to handle complex projects with minimal supervision.
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ?2,200,000.00 - ?2,300,000.00 per year
