Summary: The Application Developer is a key contributor in the design, development, and configuration of scalable, high-performance applications that support critical business processes and technical objectives. As a subject matter expert (SME), the developer leads technical discussions, champions best practices in code quality and application architecture, and ensures seamless integration across systems. Core responsibilities include building and refining application features, conducting rigorous testing and performance optimization, performing peer code reviews, and maintaining accurate technical documentation. Experience: 4-7 years
Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and configure applications that align with business needs and technical specifications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective, scalable solutions.

• Work independently with minimal supervision, serving as a subject matter expert (SME) in application development.

• Actively participate in technical discussions, contribute to solution design, and support problem-solving efforts.

• Maintain detailed documentation of application workflows, processes, and technical specifications.

• Conduct regular code reviews to uphold coding standards, ensure maintainability, and promote best practices.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance bottlenecks to enhance application reliability and user experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with PySpark in production environments.

• Proven expertise in data processing frameworks and distributed computing platforms.

• Strong background in data integration and ETL pipeline development and optimization.

• Experience with cloud-based platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) relevant to application deployment and scaling.

• Demonstrated ability to debug, optimize, and improve application performance under real-world conditions.
