Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join our Admixtures Sales team. This role is critical to expanding our footprint in the construction industry by driving sales of high-performance construction chemicals, including admixtures, curing compounds, and shuttering oils. You will focus on acquiring and nurturing relationships with key industrial clients such as Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) producers, contractors, and builders. Your strategic market outreach, technical product knowledge, and client-centric approach will directly impact revenue growth and long-term customer success. By combining sales excellence with technical insight, you will play a key role in reinforcing our market leadership and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by targeting prospective industrial clients and expanding market coverage.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with RMC producers, contractors, and builders to drive repeat business and enhance customer loyalty.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and initial outreach to proposal development, negotiation, and successful project execution.
  • Partner with technical teams to provide expert product recommendations, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure solutions align with project-specific requirements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to deliver strategic insights that inform business decisions.
  • Consistently achieve or surpass sales targets and KPIs, supported by accurate and timely reporting.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure satisfaction, retention, and advocacy.
Requirements
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales within the construction materials or industrial products sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of admixtures, curing compounds, and related construction chemicals.
  • Experience in project-based sales, RMC operations, and dry mix applications.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in managing the full sales cycle and meeting targets in a competitive environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales performance tracking systems.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business, or a related field (preferred).
