FMCG Company ( MNC ) (Onsite, based in Ahmedabad) \'Only Female\' Location: Ahmedabad Shift : UK/US Level : SC, Assistant Manager, Manager, Sr. Manager Skill : Procurement + Ariba + SAP Job Type : Perm Position Summary In this role, you will be responsible to perform day-to-day operations while maintaining SLA. Solving queries related to Buying Desk and coordinating with internal stakeholders. The individual must be an active contributor towards the overall objective of the function. We are looking for someone who should be open to work for the business team based out of Europe & North America. Primary Responsibilities Maintain quality and service standards in support of the contracted SLA for business operations. Performs other duties as assigned by the Procurement Lead. Stakeholder management, good communication, Ownership, Decision-making and Agile mindset Spot buying, Tail-spend management, spot buying, tactical buying, including Contract creation & Analytics, Supplier Support, PO Creation & Maintenance, E-Sourcing, Helpdesk Triage - directs users to correct channel using category cards + buying channel. Liaise with the stakeholders to understand their requirements and close them in the given time frame Utilize procurement software and systems to streamline processes, track orders, and generate reports. Monitor and enforce compliance with procurement policies and procedures. Participate in cross-functional teams and contribute to the development and implementation of organizational initiatives Desired Candidate: 1. Bachelor\'s degree in any discipline or Postgraduate in SCM. 2. 5+ years of relevant experience in Sourcing & Procurement 3. Proficiency in source to pay tools (Ariba, SAP, SRM etc) 4. Proficiency in MS suite 5. High attention to detail 6. Experience working with global stakeholders, vendors and clients outside India. 7. Good communication, Ownership and Decision-making 8. Ability to work in a team environment. 9. Positive attitude, self starter and highly self motivated.
