What You'll Do
Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and business challenges
Deliver product demos, presentations, and Proof of Concepts (POCs)
Support solution design, proposal creation, and RFP/RFI responses
Act as a technical and functional advisor during the sales cycle
Address client technical queries with confidence and clarity
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth handover and onboarding
Stay updated on cloud technologies, SaaS products, and competitor offerings
What We're Looking For
2-5 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or Technical Sales Support
Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
Ability to map customer pain points to technology solutions
Exposure to Cloud / SaaS / IT solutions (Google Workspace, M365, Cloud platforms, IAM, MDM, etc.)
Comfortable with demos, solution documentation, and CRM tools
Target-oriented mindset with good convincing skills
