Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and lessons.

• Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment.

• Assess and document children's progress and development.

• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their child's progress.

• Encourage social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.

• Promote positive behavior and classroom management.

• Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.

• Collaborate with other educators and staff to create a cohesive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.

• State certification or licensure for pre-primary teaching.

• Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting.

• Strong understanding of child development and early education principles.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Patience, creativity, and a nurturing disposition
