Opportunity for Ph.D. Scholars to Mentor High school Students

Your Mission:

Your primary responsibility is to provide expert research guidance and one-on-one mentorship to high school students. You will help them navigate the entire research process, with a core focus on:

Establishing Strong Argumen

ts: Guiding students in formulating compelling research questions, developing robust theses, and constructing logical, evidence-based arguments.

Sharpening Critical Thinking:

Challenging students to analyze sources, identify biases, evaluate evidence, and consider counterarguments to hone their analytical abilities.

Enriching with Diverse Examples

: Leveraging your broad knowledge to share illustrative examples from various fields--from STEM and social sciences to the humanities--enriching students' work and broadening their perspectives.

What You Will Do:

Provide differentiated, one-on-one support to mentor and motivate a diverse cohort of students, tailoring your approach to individual learning styles and goals.

Utilize our library of expert-designed templates, resources, and structured workflows to provide a clear, manageable, and stress-free research experience for students.

Foster a supportive and challenging environment that encourages intellectual risk-taking and resilience.

Provide constructive feedback on research proposals, outlines, and drafts to help students refine their ideas and written expression.

Track student progress and celebrate milestones, keeping them motivated and confident throughout their research journey.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 2 - 4 per week
