Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and qualified Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in English to join our dynamic education institution. Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive and engaging instruction in English language and literature for classes XI and XII as per the CBSE/ICSE/state board curriculum.
  • Develop and implement innovative, student-centered lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and promote critical thinking, creativity, and communication skills.
  • Assess student performance through regular assignments, tests, projects, and examinations; provide timely and constructive feedback.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in English (BA) and Post Graduate degree in English (MA) from a recognized university.
  • B.Ed. qualification (or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
  • 2-5 years of proven experience teaching English at the senior secondary level (Classes XI-XII).
  • Strong command of the English language, including grammar, literature, and communication.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver curriculum-aligned lesson plans and assessments.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive school culture.
  • Familiarity with CBSE/ICSE/state board syllabi and examination patterns.
