Job Title: PGT English Teacher
Location: GD Goenka School, Aurangabad, Bihar
Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month

GD Goenka School, Aurangabad (Bihar), is looking for a dedicated and experienced Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in English to join our academic team. The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching English at the senior secondary level (Grades XI-XII), nurturing students' language proficiency, literature appreciation, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach English literature, grammar, and writing skills as per CBSE curriculum.
Prepare lesson plans, projects, and assessments to track student learning.
Foster analytical thinking, creativity, and effective expression in students.
Integrate digital tools and innovative methods into classroom teaching.
Provide academic support, mentorship, and motivation to students.
Participate actively in school events, co-curricular activities, and parent-teacher meetings.
Maintain a positive, engaging, and disciplined classroom environment.
Requirements:
Master's degree in English (M.A. English) with B.Ed. (mandatory).
3-5 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level (preferably in CBSE schools).
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Strong interpersonal and classroom management skills.
