KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify, attract, and hire top UX Designers, UI Developers, and Technology professionals.

Build and nurture strong relationships with design schools, tech institutes, and professional communities.

Evaluate candidates' proficiency in both design principles and development fundamentals.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process with a focus on quality, efficiency, and candidate experience.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast and fulfill hiring needs across design and development teams.

Strengthen the employer brand through social platforms, events, and community engagement to attract exceptional talent.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.

Proven ability to engage and assess both creative and technical talent.

Active network within UX design and UI development communities is a strong advantage.
