Manage the Chairman's daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Handle confidential correspondence, reports, and documents with discretion.
Draft, review, and prepare presentations, reports, and official communication.
Organize and coordinate business meetings, conferences, and travel itineraries.
Maintain effective communication between the Chairman and other departments.
Track pending tasks, follow-ups, and ensure timely completion.
Manage office systems, filing, and record keeping (both digital & physical).
Support the Chairman in strategic planning and decision-making by providing research and background information.
Represent the Chairman in meetings and events as required.
Requirements & Skills:
Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business Administration or related field.
Proven experience as PA/EA to senior leadership or C-level executive.
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive approach.
