Key Responsibilities

Candidate sourcing via job portals, LinkedIn & referrals Resume screening & telephonic interviews Candidate follow-ups & database management Coordination with internal hiring teams Achieving daily & weekly recruitment targets

Compensation & Benefits:-

Freshers: ₹8,000-10,000/month during training (first 3 months) Post-training salary revision based on performance Experienced candidates: Salary as per experience Performance-based incentives Training, tools & career growth provided
