Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the

preparation of agendas, notices, and minutes

of Board, Committee, and General Meetings in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013. Support in

convening, coordinating, and documenting

Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and Annual General Meetings (AGMs). Gain exposure to

statutory filings and compliances

under the Companies Act, 2013, including maintenance of statutory registers and records. Assist in understanding and supporting

FEMA and RBI compliances

, under guidance. Support in drafting and reviewing

annual reports, corporate governance policies

, and related secretarial documents. Assist in routine legal and secretarial work using standard departmental templates. Support in drafting and reviewing basic agreements and documents such as

NDAs, MOUs, POAs, affidavits, service agreements, vendor agreements, and other documents

, as required. Assist in preliminary review of agreements such as

supplier/dealer agreements, AMCs, leave and license agreements

, and bank-related documents. Gain exposure to

commercial property and leasing matters

, including documentation and coordination. Assist in

litigation support activities

, including drafting responses to notices, coordinating with external counsel, and maintaining case records. Support the team in ensuring

adherence to statutory, regulatory, and secretarial compliances

. Carry out

administrative and secretarial duties

as assigned by the Company Secretary or management.
Key Learning Outcomes / KPIs

Exposure to conducting and documenting

Board Meetings and AGMs

. Practical understanding of

statutory registers and records

under the Companies Act, 2013. Hands-on experience in

filing statutory forms

and maintaining compliance calendars. Basic understanding of

FEMA regulations and RBI compliances

. Introductory exposure to

PF and other labour law compliances

. Timely and accurate completion of assigned secretarial and administrative tasks.
Education & Eligibility

CS Executive / CS Professional (completed or pursuing internship/training as applicable)

LLB - Preferred (not mandatory)
