Hiring Nursery trained teacher for Ambala,Haryana location

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with nursery curriculum standards.

• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and social interaction.

• Facilitate daily play-based learning activities including storytelling, arts and crafts, music, movement, and early literacy and numeracy exercises.

• Monitor and document each child's progress through observation, informal assessments, and regular reporting to parents.

• Maintain open and effective communication with parents through regular updates, parent-teacher meetings, and feedback sessions.

• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support school-wide initiatives, events, and child development programs.

• Ensure compliance with school policies, health and safety regulations, and child protection protocols.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (Nursery/Pre-primary) or equivalent qualification.

• Valid Nursery Teacher Training Certificate (NTC) or recognized certification in early childhood education.

• 2-5 years of hands-on experience teaching in a nursery or pre-primary setting.

• Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

• Excellent organizational skills to manage classroom routines, materials, schedules, and documentation efficiently.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for planning, reporting, and administrative purposes.

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with a collaborative and flexible mindset.

• Passion for child development and a genuine commitment to nurturing young learners.

• Willingness to work in Ambala, Haryana, with a flexible schedule during school hours.
