Specialized Roles (Multiple Openings)

1. Medical Records Retrieval Clerk

Draft & send HIPAA requests Follow up with U.S. providers (phone/email) Ensure compliance with CA state timelines (15 days) Organize & upload medical records in CMS

2. Lien Negotiations Specialist

Identify & track medical liens (Medicare, Medi-Cal, private subrogation) Negotiate directly with lienholders Secure reductions & calculate final lien payoffs

3. Case Manager

Manage workflow of U.S. Personal Injury cases Review & index medical records & evidence Draft factual/medical summaries for demand packages Coordinate between Records & Lien teams

4. Intake Specialist

Handle inbound calls during U.S. hours Conduct structured, empathetic client interviews Gather facts (incident, injury, insurance) & secure HIPAA authorizations Log data into CRM with accuracy
Minimum Qualifications

1+ year experience in BPO/KPO (US legal/insurance/healthcare preferred) Excellent English (spoken & written) - must be professional with U.S. clients Strong MS Excel/Word skills (CMS/CRM familiarity is a plus) Willing to commit to
