Call and follow up with customers on
undelivered or under-process orders

Coordinate directly with
delivery partners
to ensure timely and successful deliveries.
Escalate logistics issues
to relevant courier partner and follow until resolution.
Track and manage
return orders
from customers to the company hub.
Maintain detailed records of all communication and resolution activities.
Provide timely updates to customers regarding the
status of their orders
.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in Customer Support / Operations / Logistics Coordination.
Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
Ability to manage escalations and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Proficient in using communication and order tracking tools.
Problem-solving mindset and customer-first attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
